Our cosy and bright apartment is located in Rome at the top floor of a very elegant building built during the ‘20s in the heart of Prati Della Vittoria neighbourhood, one of the most authentic and distinguished areas of the town. The apartment has been designed to lodge 2 or 3 people in an open space with a double bed, a single sofa-bed and a dining area with a beautiful table. The fully furnished kitchen is separated from the open space area. A bathroom with a shower and a bidet is set next to the double bed area.
The flat is an excellent starting point to explore the amazing richness offered by the Eternal City. In 15 minutes you will be able to reach Piazza del Popolo, one of the most beautiful “Piazzas” of the town Centre. The Saint Peter Basilica and the Vatican are just 20 minutes walking from the house. The Olympic Stadium, the Auditorium, the Maxxi Museum, the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia, the National Gallery of Modern Art and Villa Borghese are set just a couple of kilometers from us! The neighbourhood is well known for its bakeries, restaurants, groceries, ice-cream shops and bars. The area has also a lot of supermarkets, a couple of open-air markets and some cinemas.
The neighbourhood is well connected to the public transport network. The Metro Line A stop “Lepanto” is only 10 minutes walking from the flat. The tram number 19 is even less distant than the metro services.
You will be welcomed with fresh fruit, jam, cookies, candies, coffee, milk, wine, pasta and tomato sauce "Made in Italy"! Our aim is to make you feel at home without being worried about running in a supermarket after a long journey. If you are curious and you want to discover the secrets of Roman cuisine, its ingredients, its history, we will be at your disposal for a real “food tour” to explore the markets, the butchers, the fish shops, the fresh pasta laboratories and the wine shops amongst the most popular of the capital. We could then prepare and cook together the traditional dishes of our city. A nice way to learn something new and enjoy real homemade dishes!
